About

About me.

I grew up in Marblehead, a seacoast town on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Like many teens, I faced struggles that eventually led me to drop out of high school. But I found my own path—earning my GED, continuing my education, and building a life rooted in hard work and perseverance. I’m now thirty years old, recently married, and living near my family here in Massachusetts. I work full-time as a route sales representative, and in every spare moment, I’ve poured myself into a passion project that means everything to me.

Cell Block Mirrors began as a personal outlet—a way to process everything I went through during my time in prison. What started as journaling slowly evolved into a story I felt compelled to share. Incarceration gave me a perspective on life, society, and healing that I never expected. The book is raw, honest, and deeply personal. It’s not just about what happened—it’s about what I learned, and what I believe others can take from it, too.

Since my release in January 2023, I’ve felt a strong sense of purpose to use my story to connect with others. Writing this book has been the first step in what I hope becomes a much larger journey. I recently got married, and as I start this new chapter of life, I’m more motivated than ever to make a positive impact—whether through writing, speaking, or simply sharing my truth. I believe our stories—even the most painful ones—can be powerful tools for healing, both for ourselves and for others.
